For a Canon SD400, would I be better off spending the money for a new Sandisk "Extreme" card, or is the UltraII going to be enough?

Thanks

I too am interested. The Sandisk Extreme III boasts 2X the read/write speeds as the regular Extreme, but I don't know if the SD400 can take advantage of this write speed feature. I'm not too worried about the read speed for getting it into my computer, but I wonder if the SD400 can take advantage of that too, for rendering images (playback) to its screen.

I found the 1GB Sandisk Ultra II at buy.com for $88 w. free shipping
I've seen the Extreme III for about $19 + s/h + etc

Thanks,
Terry

I bought a 1gbExtreme III for my new SD400 and it's working fine. No hiccups in video recording or anything.

I paid like $130 shipped from Amazon.com, although it went through a different vendor...
