I was wondering what's the difference between CF card I or II or III? I've seen a 4GB Kingston 60x CF I cheaper than a 2GB Lexar CF II card. Is Kingston a good brand? Will it work well with DSLR?

You really need to read up on the specifications for your camera; each camera has different capabilities to handle various speeds. E.g., buying a Sandisk Extreme III card is a waste of money unless you know your camera can handle the card's speed. Best bet is to google around for information on card speeds your camera can handle.
