Sony sells an adaptor so that you can use the memory stick Duo as an ordinary memory stick. You can go here for more info :

Doesn't answer the guy's question! He wants to know if a MS card reader will read MS Pro cards! He didn't mention MS Duo! my advice is ask. If the reader does not specifically state 'MS Pro' on the reader itself or in the instructions (if there are any), it would be unwise to assume it MS Pro compatible. My card reader has the card types etched on the front -- 'MS- Pro - MMC - SD - xD' . Quite why you should want a 13-in-1 reader is another matter. I bet you could easily find a 6-in-1 which is pro compatible and covers all the card types you are likely to need.

I could not get data for the Techpro 13 in 1, but the 4 in1, 15 in 1 and 19 in 1 can read MS Pro as well according to specs but on one model, it says it is not capable of reading the magic gate technology used by the MS Pro. This is the feature not present in the ordinary MS, it is used in coyright protected materials.
