Looking for info on how good it is.

I have a Canon 20D to put it in.

How about the 4 GB drive?

Yes - It's a standard: http://www.compactflash.org/info/cfinfo.htm

I have the Rebel XT and use a Hitatchi 6 Gig card. I have NO problems with it. The 6 gig card is a little faster than the older 4 gig card.

HOWEVER, with the 20D and your ability to shoot more FPS than myself, you may want to look at a faster CF card as opposed to a Microdrive.

With the price of Compact Flash dropping so much lately, I'd recommend a SanDisk Ultra. (The Extreme might be overkill)

Be very careful what you buy especially if it's a 4gb MD from an mP3 player or other similar device. I purchased one on e-bay that supposedly worked in a MUVO but didn't work in my XT because of being a different harware format. Not CF format. So double check your part numbers before buying. I'm not shure if this applies to a 6gb card. Personally I think i'm going to a Seagate 8gb.
