We had a chat about this in the "Panasonic" forum a while back. I have a plain jane 1 gb Sandisk, and from the times we all submitted, my card is much slower than the Sandisk Ultra ll card. Other members were shooting tiff and raw files in half the time I was with these type cards. I understand the FZ 30 will handle cards up 133X and I intend to make that my next purchase. Right now my plain jane is taking about 5 or 6 seconds to write a raw file, and others are shooting raw in half that with 60X card. Hope this helps. Browse the Panasonic back pages and you'll see the discussion. Good luck...
