Olympus E1 and compact flash cards.(help) I have just bought an Olympus E1. I first bought a Compactflash D.M.C. Kingston 128 mb. To try this camera out. It took photos but very few maby 4 and the card was full. Then I bought a Microdia extraplus 256 mb. Both are compact flash. Now the camera tell me when I insert any of the cards that there is CARD ERROR with both of them. I have tried to Format the cards I still get card error. Can someone please help an idiot.

I have now realised it it not the card that is at fault. The camera will not let me into a part of the menu. TAB 4 sectioms Second one down Symbol and OFF 3rd RAW DATA Edit, This appears to be the problem

PROBLEM SOLVED. fault with the camera. 1 or 2 of the pins for the flash card were bent out of line. now this was a new camera. So for what its worth, if some one is having a problem such as above, check those pins
