Unless someone is shorting, most investors including myself are loosing their shirt over the past year...

I thought LU was cheap @5, and I even pick up NT... I thought ADBE would be doing well with all this digital stuff, but @ <$28 come on! How about ORCL?

I have only one airline FRNT, it's back to 911, but BA should be doing well forward... after all, any airlines will need replacements and even more so when the market recover !!!

BTW, we're really off-thread. We should really start another one...Ha Ha Ha

Default Microdrive arrives

Now I can let the D7 spread its wings. No more running out of memory when I use raw mode. It seems to be significantly faster than a 4x Lexar, about 12 sec to record a raw vs 18 for the Lexar and 15 for a BSA media card.

D-store was prompt but there was a problem with the credit card (Bank's fault) so they contacted me promptly and shipped the same day once it was resolved. Now to send the rebate coupon.

Padeye

It's more like a jet when you use this device in a laptop or computer for transfering pictures... Remember this device is faster than the fastest of x24 flashes out there, especially on larger files! The microdrive also has the same sustain transfer speed for both read AND write. The write cycles on flash (even on the x24) are nothing to brag home about!

I also use them between work & home even to bypass my high-speed broadband internet access.

It removes the bad taste in my mouth from the bargain priced 256mb Mr. Flash card that won't work in the Dimage. Glad I didn't buy that 384mb Sandisk card even at $109.

I've got a chance to try it out this weekend as several friends want glamour shots at a pool party. Going to try out a canopy with light cavas to shield from direct sun along with a big gold reflector to sumulate evening sun during the middle of the day. I'll finally have all the gear I need to get the job done.
