Default Lowepro topload 75 AW - good or not?

Now that I have a big telephoto lens I've come to the realization that it doesn't fit any bag I have.

I want to get a bag that will hold the lens with the camera attached and give it some reasonable protection. This is going to be my 'nature' lens, so I'll be hiking and scrambling over rocks etc. while carrying it. I'll likely use my small shoulder bag to carry an extra lens and flash and I carry the monopod either as a walking staff or on my back with a nylon strap.

The chest strap that comes with the bag sounds like a good idea, but I'm not a small person so it might not be, I found the Lowe micro treker 100 to be pretty well useless - it was too small on me.

I'm looking to see if anyone has some opinions on this bag, or a suggestion in lieu thereof.
