Does anyone know where i can buy online a photo cutter because when i print 4 4x6 on A4 size photo paper sissors don't work good thanks

Any store that sells stationery or office equipment will have them. They're not very expensive, so getting from anywhere that isn't local would probably cost a lot just for shipping.
