I am interested in buying a portable storage device that will burn CDs. Does anyone know if the Addonics MFR and the Mirco Solutions - Roadstor are the same device under different names?

I'd say it's a safe bet that they came out of the same factory in Asia. Note that there could be firmware and/or menu/operation differences.

Steve -- Thanks for the info. I did note that the Addonics unit requires Windows 98 SE while the Roadstor info indicates that it comes with a driver for Windows 98 first edition.
Not sure about the bundled software. Ed. |
