shoulder bag easy access

Im looking for a shoulder bag that provides easy access to my gear and is not clunky like standard camera bags.

I currently have a low pro stealth reporter d300, but i find it bulky and clunky.

I need to carry:
Camera with one lens attached.
two spare lens ( none are telephoto right now)
Flash
Spare battery
charger ( if possible)
a few small accessories.

What would you recommend?

I recently obtained a Lowepro Slingshot 202AW- and I'm very happy with it. I would suggest you go to Lowepro's website and look at their lineup, gives dimensions for all the models- very helpful in choosing which model suits you. I like the sling-type bag very much. I ordered mine from B&H, Amazon is also always a good source.

I have a Lowpro Nova AW series bag can't remember the exact number/model off the top of my head and it is still as solid and good as the day I got it. I keep it in the car with gear in it 24-7 and its very well padded. The only time it comes out is when I am in a shot or need to grab a ride in the fire truck to a fire call.......... lowepro bags are very well built. Although for me the Nova series felt better against my body han the slingshot series did at the time I bought the bag.
