Which meter is the best one for flash and incident light? JTL LM-8 or Sekonic L-358? I also have been looking at the Sekonic L-508, but read a review that said it won't measure a reading less than f/8 for flash. Opinions please.

I've got a LM-8 and I'm pretty happy with it - my only real complaint is that i doesn't display what ISO speed you have it set to on the LCD. It briefly flashes what it is set at on startup, I wish that it was displayed in small type along the bottom of the LCD with the other mode info.

As far as exposure metering, as far as I can tell it's right on. I'm no expert though - this is the first light meter I've used.

No experience with the JTL, but have and use a L-358 and really like it. It's a very versatile meter that does everything I need it to.

What would be very useful tho` is a meter to measure the duration of the flash in micro seconds.
