Microfiber cleaning cloths. You can find them here:

The micro-fiber cleaning cloth is wonderful. I put the camera on a countertop in the sunlight, the cloth cleaned the lens very well and very easily. I completely recommend it.

There is also specially made lens cleaning tissue-paper, but this paper is getting very hard to find -- I think you will need to go to specialty camera shops for it.

There is always the LensPen. http://www.lenspen.com/ Most camera shops sell these.

Dust off the lens with the brush, then use the cleaning tip to remove the smuges.
