2 MP or 3 MP

I want to buy a digital camera.
I own Canon A-200 and happy with it.
But now I give the camera to my brother and I want to buy a new one.
Should I get another 2 MP camera ( A-60 ) or upgrade to 3 MP ( A-70 or Ricoh Caplio RR-30 ).
Is there any big different between 2 MP and 3 MP? Cause the price is quite different ( about $ 100 ).
If I want to print in A4 paper, is it possible for 2 MP? What is the limit for 2 MP?
Thanks a lot for the opinions.

If you want to print A4 papers, you should get a 3MP cam.
As far as I know, you can make good prints with a 2MP cam at the size of 15x10cm.
So if you really (!) wanna print the photos in A4, get a 3MP cam.

I got my second 2MP cam some weeks ago, because I don't need to print that big pictures. Actually, I haven't ever printed photos, but I got the certainty to be able to print photos in normal size with my 2MP.
For me, the price difference between the Canon A60 and A70 was too big, to justify buying the A70.
