Default Canon A60 or Kodak DX4330?

I think I have my digital camera search narrowed down to two cameras:

Canon Powershot A60- 2 MP, 3x Op
Kodak EasyShare DX4330- 3 MP, 3x Op

Which camera would you choose and why?

90% of the time the camera will be in Auto mode taking quick pictures of my children. Sometimes it will be indoors in low lighting so it would be nice if the camera did a good job with low light situations. I tested the Kodak in the store and it is quick (I guess that means it has minimal shutter lag??), I didn't have to wait long to take a second picture. I couldn't test the Canon since it isn't in the store yet so I tested a different Canon digicam and it wasn't as quick as the Kodak. I don't know if that would be an indication of how the A60 would perform though.

If I go with the Canon, should I spend more money to get the Canon A70 which is 3 MP? 99% of my prints will be 4 x 6.

I just can't decide and I don't want to regret my purchase so your honest opinions are appreciated!

2.0 is good for 6x4 prints

3.0 is good for 8.5x11 prints

I like my a60 for its various manual features, add-on lenses, macro, and the movie w/ audio.
