I think Excalebur is in Eastern Russia, so we might struggle with translation if
his/her English is as good as my Russian.

I think that the problem might be lens creep of the Canon 28-135mm.
I'm not sure that there is any simple solution. You could send the lens
for service/repair. Otherwise you will have to adapt your shooting style
so that you can hold the zoom ring steady with one hand when you are
taking photos at a high or low elevation angle.
