I have a question about the frocal lenght. 80-120 mmis better, worse or equal than 32-96 mm?. Thanks.

There is no 'correct' answer to the question as written. It depends on what you mean by 'better'. A longer focal length will let your camera 'see' farther. A shorter focal length will allow more of an image to appear in the photo (ideal for landscape shots) - which is why lenses like this are called 'wide angle'. Better could also be partially defined as having more of a range (i.e. max focal range minus min focal range is large number). But you also have to consider the optical quality of the two lenses or cameras you are comparing. So, if you could put a little more context around your question, we can give a more accurate answer.

Sorry, my english is not very good. So, if I need a camera to "see" farther, the 80-120 mm lens would be better for me?.

That depends on the camera. If you are talking about2 different lenses on the sameDSLR then yes 120 mm will magnify your subject more than 96mm. If you are taling about two different cameras then it all depends on the sensor size.
