Default Focus, moving subjects

I have an olympus c-2040 zoom, and can't seem to get the settings right for what I want. Most of my pictures are taken indoors, and moving. (new baby, on the run all the time) The pics are very blurry. What ISO, shutter, apeture, and all of those other settings do you recommend? I would also like to zoom in and enlarge pics. I know I'm probably asking a lot.......

The little white book that comes with the 2040 has a chapter on auto focus shoot the pics big, resizeing after = blurry, digital zoom same. Also in low light when you zoom the cam will only be getting light from the reduced area. Maybe a little help with table lamps. read the chap, shoot big, help the light, stay away from digital zoom and try in the auto mode.

ISO 400 = for fast movie subject
ISO 100 = still pictures

usualy ISO 100 is better quality
