Default G2 or DMC-LC40 or MVC-CD400

I just started my research and narrowed it down to the three listed above. I'm leaning toward the G2 . . . any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Default My vote is for G2

I've had about 10 digital cameras so far over the last 5 years, and so far my favorite all-round camera is the Canon G2.

I like the ease-of-use, the INCREDIBLE battery life, the ability to use an IBM MicroDrive and the general features. The only things I don't like are the inability to use filters/accessory lenses without an adaptor, less wide-than-I-would-prefer wide angle (compared to the Nikon 5000) and the 4 instead of 5 megapixels.

Overall the G2 is my favorite travel and general-use digital camera. For macros or very wide-angle shots, I reach for my Nikon 5000, and for a back-pocket camera, my Canon S20 (no longer made).

Hope this helps...
