I have no experience with editing or viewing video from your model. But, you may want to try one of the Open Source programs around with codecs built in and see if you have any better luck.

YES! The problem was solved with this FREEEEEEE Program!!!!


They have a free and premium version. The free version was what I tried. I fooled around with the different formats, and then tried AVI. The AVI file it rips to is useable!
