Default Need Help. A lot of problems with my Kodak DC4800

I bought this camera two years ago. Since the first time it works really fine. When the warranty was near to expire, my photographs shown a few dead or hot pixels, and the rear cover of the camera seems broken in several points. How it is in warranty, Kodak repaired it by replacing rear cover and updating firmware to version 1.04. But the hot/dead pixels still remaining in the shots.

But that is not all folks!... Now the problem is more serious. After taking a shot, the camera is busy for a long time, and then when I review the photo the display says: "Unknown File Format". I have tested five cards, and in othe cameras works fine. I have tested the batteries too. Everything appear to be OK, the camera not shows any error code. Please help me , the repair cost $150...
Oh sorry for my english!!

If there is an option to format the card in the camera without being in the cradle try that. You donít want the computer formatting the card.
