Default Need help with my Canon S100 for work....

I know how to function this camera perfectly fine. But when it comes to close ups and using the "f-stop" I have no clue. I need this for my line of work (forensics) and would love to learn.

I am trying to figure out where Canon got these setting for the S100.


If someone can explain where they are getting these setting, it would be greatly appreciated.

Those settings can be arrived at in different ways, some automatic and some by your choosing. The manual explains how to select whatever settings you want. If you'd like to learn more about what the settings mean and what they do, try this really handy site:
