Hi, I have a Panasonic NV-DS50 video camera that records on tape.
I was wondering if anyone knew how I should go about getting the video off the tape on onto the computer running windows 7. I cannot find any software on the net for this camera and the software that does come with it only allows for 30 seconds of footage to be pulled off. Please help! |

Even Vista is a problem, as they don't support USB Streaming with older cameras. I have the same problem with a Sony DV recorder. You may have to look at getting a dvd burner and ripping the videos by hooking both up to your TV

Possibly the simplest solution would be a combination vcr/dvd recorder, such as this: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...707&CatId=4672
