Default questions on picture quality

my questions are as follows:

1. which is going to give better picture quality?

2. if digital is not as good will there be a noticeable difference in picture quality?

i do a lot of work with my telephoto lenses and need to find a digital that will give me just as good quality when printed on similar paper as 35mm.

thanks in advance for replies.

Any good digital SLR and a high quality printer and paper will give just as good or better quality output.

Probably better because you'll be able to dial the appropriate ISO setting so you'll get shots that you would have missed (do to inappropriate film speed in the camera.)

The 10D, Epson 2200, & Epson Matte Paper Heavy Weight paper will also do it.
