When selecting a macro lens, the focal length you should use depends on your intended subject. If the subject is inanimate, a short focal length is fine as long as you're not so close to the subject that you block your own light. (You might consider a ring light if that's the case.) If it's possible that the subject could be frightened away by your camera, you might want a longer focal length so you don't have to get really close. And if you want to shoot macro for alligators or rattlesnakes, you might want a really long lens so you can keep your distance.

It's my photo I posted on Facebook. When I copy and paste what is in between and not including [IMG] it works. Is there another way to share my photo?

A number of us don't have FB accounts and can't see it.
You can post it directly, if it is not too large.
