That's a nice shoot, but not really a good test of a macro setup. In addition, the reduced resolution for posting here would hide any lack of sharpness. Typically, inexpensive close-up lenses are only sharp in the center, with sharpness falling off toward the corners. By contrast, macro lenses are sharp from corner to corner.
Try a shot of a postage stamp or fine newsprint.

Extension tubes don't have any optical properties of their own, so your results depend entirely on the quality of the lens you use them with.
As it happens, the 18-55 and 55-250 are pretty good. I wouldn't expect too much from the 75-300.
