Hey, everybody. I just received an Olympus FE-170 as a Christmas gift, and I would very much like to try using it for time lapse photography. I also am an amateur stop motion animator who previously used a canon powershot s200.

The easiest route I can think of would be some kind of attachment that would allow for timed photographs. Does this sort of attachment exist for such a low end camera as this?
If not, do you have experience wiring a remote like this directly into the power button?

I believe that having any sort of remote control on the camera would make it suit my purposes perfectly, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
