Hello all

I have just bought a Pentax Optio A20 and have been using it on holiday. However to my dismay the photos have come out with pink lines on all the white areas. I have tried changing some settings but I do not know what is causing this.

I have it on 10M pixels, maximum quality levels (***), Auto white balance, Auto ISO sensitivity (64 to 800).

Please let me know if you can help! I can tell you any other settings that are important, and I have attached a photo (reduced to 640x480), and the next post is a close-up of the problem.

Many thanks for your time and expertise.

Antony

Yikes!!! I hope you bought it at a reliable retailer.

Quickly, take it back, it should NOT be doing that.
