OK, new to the HD video phenomena. I bought the HD 700by Sanyo and it records the video in mp4 format. The question is... how do I watch that HD quality without losing any of it on my HDTV. Can I just load that mp4 format onto a DL DVD and plug it into a regular DVD player and enjoy HD video?

Or do I need to convert to wmv-HD and get a suitable player?

Thanks any help appriciated.

Connect the HD 700 to an HD TV or an HD Monitor.

The HD 700 comes with a copy of Adobe Premiere Elements, which will allow you to store your HD videos or still images onto DVDs.

dual layer isnt high def, it just allows longer video storage, twice as much as a normal dvd

high deffinition goes to your hdtv via the hdmi ports, regular dvd players are scart, so id think u would need a blue ray or hd-dvd player, and and compatable dvd burner.

one thing u could do is run a lead from your pc to tv via hdmi-hdi cable will to that
