Default Best way to store digital photos when traveling?

Iíd like to take a digital camera on vacation. I will be taking lots of photos and also video clips with the camera (canon powershot a80). Aside from bringing several memory cards, what other options are there to store photos/video taken? I donít have or want to use a laptop computer. Are there small, portable storage devices that donít require a computer? Something I could just plug the memory card or camera into to save photos/video taken and then could keep using the same memory card? Or should I from time to time go to an internet cafť and burn a cd for storage?

You could do the CD thing, it would be cheaper.

There are devices called Digital Wallets...all it is, is a hard drive with a slot for a memory card. You insert a card and all the pictures are copied to the hard drive. When you get home you can then transfer them to your PC. This is an Steve's Digicams review of one (but I don't think this company is in business anymore, but it will give you an idea of what to look for):

I have an Xdrive and it works well for picture storage. I have a 6GB hard drive installed in mine and can store alot of photos. Here is Steve's link to the item:

Now if only something like that came out with support for xD PictureCards eh? I hear the version 2.0 of the drive supports xD, only if you get a CF adapter.

Well, we can't have everything now can we?

You can buy the XD to CF adapter and you will be able to use the drive.
