Default 40D ISO problem

Hello, I have a 40D that won't allow me to set an ISO lower than 200 in any mode apart from portrait. I have reset the camera to default and dowloaded/installed the latest Firmware 1.1.1 but still won't allow lower than 200. The next stop down is auto. I know it should be possible as I've used 160/100 before. Anyone out there experienced similar and was able to resolve?

Any advice much appreciated as canon are telling me that if the firmware update doesn't work then it's a repair/service job aaaggghhhh

Would the ISO #s lower than 200 be part of the extended ISO menu setting, along with the ISO 3200? Just a guess, as I don't know anything about the camera.

Default 40D ISO Problem

Realise it's not good to reply to one's own post but for people who also have this problem it's the Highlight tone priority in C.FnII: Image that was set to Enable. Disable and the problem solved.
