Default Yongnuo YN-465

iwas wonderig about the Yongnuo YN-465 is this a decent external flash just getting into photography with a nikon d3000 and looking to experiment with a cheaper external flash before paying alot on a good one so any feedback on this flash

Don't know anything about them other than what is listed in product info. This is a strictly manual flash, with no exposure control other than the manual power setting. Useful if you want to take the time to calculate exposure from guide number or do multiple shots.
An auto flash would probably be a better bet, as it adjusts itself based on reflected light, and the ISO and aperture setting.
Dedicated flash units are certainly more expensive, but give you a lot more flexibility and are much easier to use.

if you are looking to save money. the Nissin is a better option with full TTL

yea, don't get the Yongnuo it is full manual, with no ttl, and is not worth spending any money on.
