Default SD/SDHC 1Ds Mark ii

Hi, Purchased a 1Ds mark ii (used) not received yet but have never used SD/SDHC cards before, will the 1Ds ii work with both formats or just the SD card along side the normal CF card slot?
Thanks
Russ

You can use one or the other slot for storing your images. Or, you can have the camera write the same images to both cards at the same time. That way, you'd have a backup in case of a card failure (one set of images on the CF card, with the same images stored on the SDHC card).

BTW, congrats on the camera purchase.

Yes, you can use a CF card or an SDHC card or both at the same time (where the same images are written to both cards so that you have a backup copy).
