Default Looking for first digital camera (low-end, $100-$150)

Hello, and thanks in advance for your time.

I'm looking for my first digital camera, and I'd like to keep it as cheap as possible (I'm perfectly comfortable buying from an online retailer so that I can get the cheapest possible price). I'm not looking to do any major photography; mostly I'm looking to take relatively close-up pictures of people.

This is what I'm looking for:
  • Around 2 megapixel (more is great, but not worth paying more)
  • Flash is built-in (would want to take some pictures in the dark)
  • SD/MMC memory expansion
  • Cost between $100 and $150 (cheaper is better)
  • Small enough to fit comfortably in back jeans pocket (but doesn't have to be super-tiny)
  • Low shutter lag would be nice
  • Optical zoom not required (it'd be nice, but not worth paying more)
So far I'm looking at the Exilim EX-S2 (I'd even consider an EX-S1 if I could find one for ~$100, but I can't seem to be able to). The EX-S2 runs a little on the expensive side (I haven't seen it cheaper than $165) and it's certainly smaller than I need it to be, but I can't seem to find anything closer to what I really want.

Any suggestions?

I believe buy.com has the Minolta DiMage X20 for ~$150. It fits the bill, but I don't know about shutter lag. You should check the review for it here.

Strike that. It's actually $136 now. May be a nice pocket camera for me, too.

I picked up a good condition used Olympus C-3020 (3.3. MP) for $150 on ebay. Much better camera for the money than anything I could have bought new for $150.

Thanks for the input; the DiMage X20 does look pretty good (adds a zoom and has better battery life since it can use NiMH AAs).

And I'll definitely be keeping an eye on eBay (as well as online retailers). I just need a few good models to search for.

EDIT: I also saw an applicable coupon on one of those "coupon code" pages. So, for $5 off of the DiMage X20 at buy.com (making it $131 plus shipping) just do a Google search for "buy.com" and "coupon" then look for the one that says "$5 off of a $50 purchase at the Electronics store."

If you use ebay you could probably get something used; but a step up on the quality scale.

Yes, but the Canon A60 uses CompactFlash memory and I really want to stick to SD/MMC memory.

The DiMaze X20 is still looking like the best bet. I have been keeping an eye on eBay, but still no dice on anything significantly better for the same price that still meets the spec sheet I'm looking for.

Thanks for all your continuing help, folks. I really do appreciate it.
