It didn't work for me when I tried it. It should come back eventually (the project isn't dead)... but when? Who knows... I'm not involved in the project.

1) Get your keyboard fixed SO YOU ARE NOT SHOUTING ALL THE TIME.
2) I don't know if that EXIF viewer gets all the data your camera has to offer: you really have to ask in the forum(s) for your specific camera where you stand a chance of finding someone who knows. Or if you want to cheat, you could read the documentation for that program to see if it mentions your camera. Since it reports SubjectDistanceRange - Unknown it is likely to be a generic reader - it is looking for a value your camera does not provide, or at least does not provide it in the way that reader wants.
