Hi there,

I am still in the market for a good 4MP camera. I have looked long and hard for a few that interest me. I need your help in narrowing down the following in terms of:
  • Cost (of the camera itself plus maintaining)[/*]
  • Features[/*]
  • Speed[/*]
  • Durability[/*]
  • Battery
[/*]
The Cameras are:
  1. Canon S410[/*]
  2. Casio Exilim EX-Z40 (No assist light or A/V output)[/*]
  3. Olympus Camedia C-765 Ultra Zoom (up to 640x480 movie mode)[/*]
  4. Kodak Easyshare CX7430 (No assist light but 640x480 movie mode)[/*]
  5. Kodak Easyshare LS743
[/*]

Which is the best? Or what are the pros and cons of each? It would be nice to get some help. Users with experience from any, your input would be greatly appreciated.

I love my Panasonic FZ10K. It's chunky and built like a tank, but the 12X optical zoom, good (not 640 x 480) movie mode, and TCon-17 compatibality for those times when I really need a 714mm focal length. (It's more often than you'd think...)
