Andhere arethe "objects" (Seagulls) at 100%, you can tell that one of them is a bird, but the one to the right looks unidentifiable.

I'd say it's a bug or a bird. It's possible you caught at just the right angle with a planes vapour trail. If it doesn't show up on anything else don't worry about it. You can remove the black blob from your photo very easily if you want.

Or, try this website.

Look! Up in the sky. It's a bird.....It's a plane. No, it's MystospoT, strange visitor from another planet with powers far beyond those of mortal men. (If you remember this, you are to old to be a techie or Trekie :? ;-)

No problem, this is a job for CloneMan or his comical sidekick, Healing BrushMan, members of the PSRT (Photoshop Rescue Team) , who, desguised as Peter Pixel, mild mannered photographer for a great metropolitan website, fights a never ending battle for sharpness, composition, and the elimination of extraneous artifacts.

Photoshop........software of the future, serving you today....... JG

Don't fix it call the National Inquirer and sell it. I think it's a UFO. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
