Hello all I have a thought...from a new guy.Do I leave my flash card in or take it out?

If you are talking about leaving the memory card in the camera or not, I'd leave it in, unless you need to remove it for use in a card reader (or for replacing it with a spare if it's full before you have a chance to transfer the photos from it).

I always leave a card (and batteries) in my camera so it's ready to shoot, and have done that for the last two years.

Consider your Flash Card to be film...if you don't leave it in, you will wish you had when you miss a shot!

As everyone else is saying, In.

Plus, you run a higher risk oflosing the card if you store it outside of the camera.

Leave in the biggest one you can afford, and carry a spare (or two, or more, when on vacation). 128MB is pretty good value for a 5Mpix camera.
