There are two ways of inserting photos into your messages:

Use the Insert Image button:

Click on the Insert Imagebutton in the message editor toolbar, and enter the complete URL to where your image is already stored outon the Internet. If your photo is visiblein your browser you canright-click on it, select Properties, highlight the webaddress shown, enter Ctrl-Cto copy it to your clipboard and thenuse Ctrl-V to paste the URL into the box shown when you click on the Insert Image button.Note that some photo-sharing sites do not allow thephotos to be sent to third-party servers so your photo may show up as a broken image (empty box with red "x" in it.) If you have entered anincorrect or incomplete URL, the broken image will also be displayed.

Attach an Image:

When you're in the message editor you will see below the text entryarea is a file browse button. Click on that button and then navigateyour hard drive to get to your photo - once selected it will be uploadedand stored on our server. It's important to keep the file size toless than 250Kb and all digital camera pictures should be downsizedto around 640x480 pixels before uploading them. Even a 2-megapixelcamera creates a 1600x1200 pixel image and that is way too big to beproperly displayed here.

You can upload a photo saved as a JPG, JPEG or PNG image file. Notethat you will not immediately see your photo like you do when you useInsert Image option. You will need to enter your message and then go back andread it once it has been posted to see the attachment.

Also see this great post here by one of our users that fully descibes and illustrates how to post a photo here:
