Default Airport x-rays??

How should I protect my cameras memory from airport x-rays?

No need to.
Mine go through Xray many times; camera ,CFs, and pics on CFs are all ok.

There was a problem with compactflash cards and the US Postal Service right after the Anthrax scare. They were using some heavy-duty xrays that damaged the cards. I THINK that they backed off on that, but you might want to use another carrier when mailing or ordering cards. I've never seen a negative report concerning airport xrays and cameras.

If they're using the inductive loop metal detector, body scanner type, I'd keep my microdrive away from it!
