Absolutely spot on my camera is on its way will be with Olympus tomorrow. They are a giant to take on tho the uk sale of goods act only says suitable for the purpose it was sold so if it takes images with no ill effects due to glass faults then I am not sure what the arguement can be.Maybe a legal eagle lurking about

Hopefully they will stand by their product and take proper care of you regardless of any Sale of Goods Act...

These days if you are unhappy with how you are treated, you obviously have the ability to reach out and touch a lot of fellow enthusiasts.

I have dealt with Olympus on two warranty questions and they responded very professionally.
