Default Considering my first digital camera

I'm thinking of buying my first digital camera, and being completely and totally new to the world of digicams, I'm looking for a little advice.

For all intents and purposes, the camera (for now) is going to be mostly just a toy. I'd like something I can post pictures to my website with, something I can carry around with me and take quick shots with whenever something catches my eye.

I don't want to break the bank on this, as I'm want to wait until I'm sure this is something I'm going to stick with before I make a more solid investment.

The camera I'm leaning towards now is the Fuji FinePix A200, as its small and very affordable. The sample pics from Steve's review seem to be what I'm looking for.

So does any one here have any experience with this camera and can recommend it to someone looking to ease his way into digital photography?
