Default question to canon S30 owners

does the camera have a little buzz(like it sounds like its stuck) when you focus the camera by pressing the shutter button slightly? or is it just me? and does the eyepiece have a horizontal line (looking like a crack) thanks

Hi,

there is a little buzz sound with my S30 when I half press the shutter button. As to the horizontal line, I do see a very thin line inside the viewfinder if I look carefully by pointing the camera to a white background and looking at the viewfinder from about 6in away. However, if I move closer to the camera as if I was taking photos I don't see the line. Is this what you see?
