If I shoot with either of these settings what size will my video be when I view it on my TV? Not sure which is bigger. Thanks

If you view on TV with the A/V cord from your camera, either one will fill the TV screen. The 640x480 will have much better resolution, though.

Thank you. I didn't realize thatthese camerascan plug right in to the TV like my old camcorder (which just died, a13 year old sony). I thought I read in a couple of reveiws that the video mode was ok but size was small. I guess they meant actual video time and not picture.

yep, they will both fill the screen but the 640x480 will provide much nicer viewing. Unless you really just want something to put on your phone or somehting 320 is not even worth taking. 640x480 closely mathces what TV signals noramally broadcast as.
