Default Photo Sharing - So Many Sites... Which One?

I've seen some people on this site use PBase, Webshots and more.

I've done a Google search on Photo Sharing and there are tons of places. Some of the advertised ones are: Shutterfly, Ofoto, Snapfish, Pbase, etc..

I gather some services are fee based and some are free.

I am looking for lots of opinions on how the different services work for each of you.

I like how some (all?) have the option to email a list of friends when albums are updated.

I want a site that has unlimited? or large storage.

I also want to be able to point to my photos at the photo sharing site from places such as Steve's site and others.

I would like there to be the ability to have public access to my photos by cut and pasting a link in an email, and also have the option to password protect certain albums.

So everyone! Please let me know what you use, why, and how it works for you, and $ costs and specs..

Thanks so much.

Default Excellent

Jim you are the Man!

Thanks for the review site, very helpful. Your suggested site is also very interesting. I've already been to it, and spoken with them regarding my questions. So far nothing is negative.

I was leaning towards Pbase but www.imageevent.com seems great.

Thanks much!
