Hey I spent a long time today trying to clean my sensor with the copperhill spatula and liquid. I finally managed to get rid of it all, but it seems there is a little spot I cant budge at all:

You can see from there the dot, it just simply wont come off and I dont think its dust? What could it be?

I have an important this week, shooting eastbourne tennis and wondered also how I could get rid of this dot in photoshop (incase I notice it during some shots). I have tryed dust ref off and it doesnt work when using nef files so I will have to do them manually I guess.

Thanks Its puzzling me

That is a group of hot (bad) pixels on your imager, you can not clean them away, this is a hardwaredefect. Some cameras allow you to "map out" bad pixels yourself, see your instruction manual. And some require a trip to the service center to be re-mapped.
