Default Wanted: Good Digi Still/AV Camera?

Hi, As an amateur on a budget ($750 max) I am looking for a camera I can take on vacation that as well as take quality photos will manage at least 60 secs good quality video with audio.
I have been scouring the reviews and got my list down to the following:

KODAK DX3600 (cheap, fun, no TV out, unlimited video)
FUJI 2800Z (cheap, fun)
FUJI F601Z (expensive but all rounder, unlimited video)
MINOLTA DIMAGE S404 (4Meg!)
Canon Powershot S30
Sony DSC-S75 (expensive, good battery life, unlimited video)
Sony P9 (not sure on the difference with the S75!!!)

If anyone wants to add to this no probs!

Excuse my ignorance I didn't seem to strike up much interest on my last thread. Any help is VERY appreciated.

Thanks again
Chris

I don't want to rain on your parade but you won't get "good" quality video from a digital still camera, nor will you get "good" quality stills from a miniDV video camera.

thanks travis,

yup, I just watched a sample from the Sony P9 and your quite right. Its at the higher end of the market but still doesn't really cut the mustard. Perhaps one day.....

thanks again
