i edited a picture in CS2 and since it is in quadtone it will only let me save it as a few options (?) and i dont know how to make something like jpeg so i can upload it to this site... any advice... i was experimenting with the duo- tri- and quad- tones in cs2 and want some critique but cant upload the photos in this format

plz help

Logan, were you working in layers? If so, and you didn't flatten the image before saving, Jpeg wouldn't be one of your save options.

Sometimes if you check the "save as copy" box in the save-as dialog box, you can get more save options.

i wasnt working in layers as it was only 2 steps to get to final layer... i was going through and checking the save as options during the edit, and like said before it will save as a jpeg up until i make it duotone (after bw conversion)

Is the image 16 bit? If so, you must convert to 8 bit before jpg becomes a save as option.

it was in 8 bit already... but i figured out a way to work around it.
