Last monthI purchased Canon A530 and it was working perfectlytill couple of days back. But now it's not focusing properly. I have to manually focus the subject. Few days back I cleaned the camera lens with a soft cloth to remove my finger print thatwas accidentally placed on the lens. I am not sureif my cleaning action has changed the alignment of the lens. Please suggest. I am very confused.

I had no problems with my camera earlierbut now i have to spenda lot of time to manually focus the subject.

I have also tried to reset the settings and nothing is going in my favor.

What might be the issue? Please suggest. Thanks.

That camera has retracting lens structure so it's possible that pressure to lens element could damage something or change calibration.
