hey guys! i need help again. i took a picture of my new boss and his wife and daughter for a letter he wants me to send out introducing him to area churches, etc.

well i didn't realize that my wonderful 6 meg picture would not look very good as about a 3 X 21/2 picture printed on a letter. so how can i reduce it to this size and maintain the most quality?

any help GREATLY appreciated!

How are you trying to print it? Are you merely importing the photo to Word?

Don't import and resize in word as this would give you a huge file.

Resize in Corel to the actual size you want on the paper with 300dpi (200 would probably be just as good).

Hope this helps.
